NO REFUNDS - Exchanges or Store Credit within 30 days from date of purchase
We do NOT offer refunds on any of our products; however we do allow for exchanges, or store credit.
Even though we do not offer refunds we are committed to providing you with all the details about the product(s) your interested in before you make your purchase so you can make an informed decision. Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit
Returns
Some Products not eligible for return- Special Orders such as Engagement Rings or Wedding Bands
- Custom Orders such as nameplates, name rings
- Engraved or Personalized Products
- Rings that have been sized
- Pierced Earrings, Nose Rings, or Body Jewelry
- Picture Pendants
- Item(s) purchased must be unused and returned in the condition in which it has been received.
- All original tags attached and must be in its original packaging
- To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received
- All returns will be inspected by our staff for damage, missing parts, and wear and tear
- You will receive an email notifying you of your approval or rejection of the return.
- If approved, you will receive an email containing a gift card for the amount of purchase. (not including shipping)
- If rejected, you will receive an email detailing why the return was not approved.
Our goal is always to provide our clients with the best quality merchandise for the best possible price that we can. We aim to achieve that. We always ask that you reach out to us if your not happy with any of the product(s) or service(s) that we provide you. We will try our best to remedy the situation as fair and as best we can; if possible.
