PROCESSING TIME

In Stock Products

Products that are in stock are usually processed within 24 hours.  Products that are ordered after 12pm eastern will be processed on the next business day.  If there is any delay in processing; a sales representative will contact you to update you and to discuss how to rectify the situation.

Special Order Products

Most special order products will take 10 - 14 days to fabricate as they are made to order.  After we receive the finished custom product it will follow the same processing time as any other in stock product.  It will process within 24 hours.  If there is any delay you will be contacted by a sales representative.

Shipping Time

All items will ship as soon as they are processed.  Shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping selections.  At the moment there are 3 options for shipping which are UPS STANDARD, UPS GROUND, and UPS SECOND DAY AIR.
