United States Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

No Refunds - Exchanges or Store Credit Only within 15 days from date of purchase.

In-Store Purchases must be returned In-Store

Must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Must be unused and returned in the condition in which it was received including all the original tags attached and must be in its original packaging.

15 % Restocking Fee applies to all returned items.

Some Products not eligible for return or exchange -

  • Clearance Items
  • Special Orders such as Engagement Rings or Wedding Bands
  • Custom Orders such as nameplates, name rings
  • Engraved or Personalized Products
  • Rings that have been sized
  • Pierced Earrings, Nose Rings, or Body Jewelry
  • Picture Pendants

 

Online Purchases

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Holiday Extensions - Item's bought 30 days before the holidays listed below will have extended return dates of 30 days from date of delivery

  • Christmas 
  • Valentine's Day 
  • Mother's Day
  • Father's Day

Online purchases can be returned In-Store or by mail.

Return Labels can be requested for a Flat Fee of $10 and will be available by Download/Print

15 % Restocking Fee applies to all returned items. ( Restocking Fee will be waived for exchanges or Store Credit )

Once your return is received

  • All returns will be inspected by our staff for damage, missing parts, and wear and tear
  • You will receive an email notifying you that your item has been returned and the refund status and amount after all the fees have been assessed.

Our goal is always to provide our clients with the best quality merchandise for the best possible price that we can.  We aim to achieve that.  We always ask that you reach out to us if your not happy with any of the product(s) or service(s) that we provide you.  We will try our best to remedy the situation as fair and as best we can; if possible.
